Panic is a normal body reaction when the situation at hand is potentially dangerous. This response can sometimes be extremely traumatic in the sense that it affects the normal functioning of the body including the brain.

My First Panic Experience
The first time I suffered a serious panic attack was during an interview session almost five years ago. I needed to pass the interrogation process since my oldest daughter at the time had less than three years to go to college.
Being a single parent, I had to secure the best paying job to enable me have enough savings for tuition. This was probably what made me so careful until my fear was for fear itself.
Entering the room was flawless, but as I stood before the panel waiting for one of them to offer me a seat I started feeling strange:
Heart pounding faster than normal
Shortness of breath
Pain in the chest
The next thing I knew was people rushing towards me and rushing me to the nearby clinic. I was given some medication to help me relax but the bad news was the fact that I failed to secure the job then.
A few months later, I was involved in a minor road accident but my reaction to the slight situation was far than normal as I experienced – again – another grave panic attack.
I tried almost every available treatment, from the usual talk therapy and medications to other treatments such as hypnotherapy but after a while the attacks kept showing up.
It was at this point I knew that all was not well and had to carry out an extensive research both online and offline to help me to put an end to this anxiety menace. That was when I came across a solution that has worked for me ever since.
The Panic Away Program
